consultations WHAT IT ENTAILS: Includes a 45-minute initial visit with Dr. Gabby Pagana where your pet is provided with an integrative veterinary examination, acupuncture session, and veterinary consult. The services provided at Den Urban Dog Retreat are limited to acupuncture, herbal and food therapy, unless otherwise noted. The veterinary consult includes an extensive pet history taking, eastern medical diagnosis and therapeutic plan, including at-home adjustments and recommendations. Afterwards, an individually tailored holistic therapy plan will be created and provided to you either via email or at the next visit, in which acupuncture, herbal and food therapy may be recommended, a personalized exercise and lifestyle plan, among others (supplements, laser, electrostimulation, massage, physical therapy, and more)
WHAT IT ENTAILS: After the initial consult, Dr. Gabby Pagana will have a great idea of
your pet's eastern medical constitution, diagnoses and imbalances, and will be able to
appropriately formulate and discuss a food therapy plan specifically designed for your
pets' conditions. Whether your pet is healthy and using it for general and preventative
wellness or your pet has a condition, food therapy is a foundational and fundamental
part of your pet's health and wellbeing. Afterall, food is medicine! After the consult, Dr.
Gabby Pagana will provide you with a food therapy plan and recipe, in addition to the
holistic health plan provided at the initial consultation. This recipe and plan must be re-
evaluated every 3-6 months, as recommended by the veterinarian, in which a fee of $50
will incur for re-evaluation.
